Custom Fields, Click for Outside link

New to Custom Fields:
Is there a way to create a Custom Field to add to a form that when clicked on would open an external website in a new browser window?
OR
Is there a better way? I need to have "Stock Images" that people can use when they are creating new ads, if they do not have their on photo. This would be a group of images I would upload for people to use when they do not have a photo of their item they want to list.
