Duplicate Current Website on another WP Install
Is it possible to transfer my current site to a brand new installation of Wordpress?

What I would like to do is transfer my custom fields & forms without have to re-do them all in a fresh installation.

You may check on this Wordpress official guide http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress on moving WP installs. There are also available plugins that can clone an installation such as this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/duplicator/ but be aware that this has not yet been officially tested.

Before doing any of the above process, backup your database just to be on the safe side.
