Emailing questions !!!

I have two question about Emails :

1-I just wanna know what r the limitations of emailing in a shared host ! I mean a typical shared host ! wanna know how emails r sent through my website ? u know if my visitors send many emails to the advertiser (using the cp built-in contact form) what will happen ? in general what problems I'll be facing ?

2-I need daily or at least weekly newsletters ! how newsletters work ? I mean if I use a plugin to send newsletters will I be blocked (by the admin of the shared host ?). if so, is there anyway for newsletters to be sent through another server (eg sth like Google?)

I don't know anything about emailing functionality !

Depends on your hoster. Some have 100 emails/hr some less some more.

If you use the plugin WordPress › Post Notification « WordPress Plugins you can define how many emails should be sent at one time and you can set a time delay until the next email package will be sent.
