how to edit custom fields like states

Dear friends i have a little bit problem i have a classified ads site and i have this problem:

in classipress theme there are some customs fields when user post the ad he must need to fill that fields, like title, price, city, state, country, zip, tag, etc
on state field there are builtin data for only usa states but i need to update this field for indian states,
problem is when i click to custom field in admin panel and click to edit there are no option to edit that states because they fields are block on new version of wordpress so if anyone know about this please reply me here .
where the option i can replace the usa states with indian states

You need to create a new field with your states from India in, then add that to your newly created form.
