Hi guys

I wanna know how can I extend the size of slugs of the posts (I mean the variable part of posts permalinks). is it possible ? where is it saved in DB ?
and a SEO question : does this hurt the website SEO ?

What variable you want extended then? However, search engines algorithms are now focusing on social interaction specially with recent Google panda update. Better make your site more engaging to users than doing unnecessary changes to your site that might affect also your site's performance. Take note that speed is also a factor on how search engines evaluates your site.
