Please Help 3.0.5.4 to 3.1.8

Hi Friends,
I did my way best to find the forums but couldn't find the info i needed so bothering you guys i trust community here will help.
i am using 3.0.5.4 and i want to upgrade to 3.1.8 . i am having something like 2000 ads .I read the documents for the 3.0.5.4 to 3.1 upgrade but the problem is i don't have 3.1 version i tried to search the site or forums but no luck. please help me and guide what should i do or how i can upgrade ?

and if there is any free child theme around here shared by any user? link ?

You can upgrade to the latest version without the 3.1.Just backup your files and database first and then rename your old classipress folder to something else and continue uploading the new theme.

thanks Dimitris. i was able to get it done. for other i am writing some points to follow.
1) Back up database and files(what you think are important for you) any changes in core files will be over written so be aware.
2) using your ftp client ( like filezilla or any of your choice) go to your wp themes folder i.e wp-content/themes and rename the existing classipress folder into something else like oldclassipress etc.
3) unzip the 3.1.8 and upload the new one into same folder wp-content/themes and let the upload complete .
4) go to admin page of your Wp installation and activate the new link(normally it will be automatically activated.
5) now relocate the important file/images i.e logo etc
you are up again with new version.

3) You can also upload the latest version from WordPress->appearance->themes.It is recommended.
