    BUG: Visual editor not available on smartphones

    Hallo,
    we've just found out that the visual editor is not available on mobile devices (tested on Android 4.3). The responsive view is poorly implemented. The tooltiops for the input fields do not work correctly. If you click the question mark icon, the page will scroll to the top which is not only annoying for the users but misleading. They will probably miss the tooltip text. This needs a fix as soon as possible. User won't be able to list an ad on mobile devices.
