    ho can we delete some cities

    PLEASE WE DONT WANT THAT OTHER USER WRITE IN OUR TICKETS
    ITS ONLY FOR SUPPORT
    WE HAVE BIG TROUBLE WITH SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER AFTER OTHER PEOPLE WRITE IN TICKET

    how can we delete some cities
    we have textbox in form so anybody can write own city
    but we haver some cities they dont exist
    how can we delete this
