By default, users are required to be registered and logged in before a review can be placed. There is no option to turn this off in the settings, so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to do this. There is also no other feature specifically as described, as whilst a user can add a listing, they cannot then review essentially their own listing. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
