    Does not work at all

    Hi there,

    I have just purchased the plugin, installed, configured with account number and a secret word I have created, and..
    - when using with PayPal enabled, 2checkout plugin is nowhere to be found in the drop-down menu
    - when PayPal is disabled, the payment page is showing "no payment gateways anabled".

    I tried different usernames, re-installing plugin numerous time - it just won't work.

    Any suggestions?
