Carousel (slideshow) don't work, Maps don't work

Hi,

I have bought CP 3.1.7.

My slideshow (caroussel) doesn't work at all.
I have tried all "solutions" seen in this forum.... But I don' t understand, the slideshow never work...; I have tried many browser, I have try to stopped all my plugins.
Is it possible problem come from widget ? I have just cp-tweeter and cp-blog in my sidebar. I have put ad in header (460x80)...
I want to give free ads for my customers.

And I have an other problem, when I put fr FR in my maps settings, the map do not work at all too...;
What I must change in layout ?

I have seen many people in this forum who want sell plugin caroussel or map, but i want to see my CP working before. that's a principe, no ?
