May be it's a cron job configuring issue

I run my website on a Hostgator Wordpress Optimized Server and my problem is that I can't have a cPanel to setup a cron job.

Asked from the server support two times to create a weekly cron job for me but the plugin still doesn't work. I can't understand why, because any wrong doing on installation or any miss configuring on creating cron job. (Please see attached the screen of installation).

Do you have any such experience with WP optimized choices? I appreciate any help on this issue.
