    PO/MO Files

    I edited the PO file in the child theme folder. However, when I renamed it adsplash-en_US.po and adsplash-en_US.mo and dropped them in the language\themes folder the changes didn't take. I then named them back and moved them to the child theme folder (where I got them from) and it worked. Will these files be overwritten in the event that there's an update? It doesn't matter to me because there's bound to be some changes to the language file and that will help me find them. Just wanted to know.
