theme not working, ads not showing
I purchased AdSplash a few days ago. It was full of little “issues”. For example, the images STILL do not show on a mobile phone in list view, only in grid view. But grid view is too tight for my ads, so I have to go with list view…once again, images not showing.
Problem no. 2: your layout works well if there is ONLY 1 category. but if the ad has many categories, it just becomes a very long line, very ugly, and this pushes the entire site to the left, so when you load the site in a mobile you see..nothing.
I therefore spend several hours trying to customize, and had to abandon, and de-activate the theme. Just to see that bingo…an update was made, exactly 2 days ago, or one day after i purchased the theme.
So I was hoping “issues” have been addressed and activated the theme again, but…this time it’s not working AT ALL. the images are not showing, the ADS are not showing.
May I know what the soloution is, if any, and if there is no solution, how do I get a refund? Many thanks.
