    Category drop down not showing / working

    I moved my website over to a different server and my now my category dropdown menu isn't registering the correct amount of ads on the site.

    When I add an ad, it will show up in the WP back office under Ads, it will show up in searches or in category listings, but the category dropdown menu isn't registering the updates like the rest of the site.

    Note: I edited the theme-options.php page to hide the empty parent categories which is why they aren't all showing up:

    I've disabled all of my plugins and tried re-installing a new version of 3.1.3 to no avail.

    Help?
