I am not sure what i am doing wrong but i followed the instructions and cannot get the plugin to change anything. I am using childtheme Classicy2.
I went to Profile fields –> Display options –> Check boxes in column “Registration form field” and chose for the address fields to show but they do not on the registration page.

Disregard. I deactivated and then activated again and now it works!
