Correct Setting for uk mobile and landline telephone numbers?
Hi,
I am trying to get the right format for the telephone field in acfcp but am struggling a little bit.
I would like that users enter their phone number on the profile field for telephone number as either cell/mobile or landline.
I would like them to input the number in this format not exceeding 13 characters:
What is the best way to do this using the settings within acfcp. I currently keep getting warnings like (please enter a number between 1 and Nan) when using formats of values as 'phone' , limitations of values as 'rangelength' and limitation attributes as '1,13'
Mobile numbers for uk are usually in this format - 07989123456 (11 digits)
Land line numbers are usually in this format - 01234123456 (11 digits)
Also, most people when typing their phone number into a form usually leave a space in between the area code and their number like so.
01234 123456. This instance with the space wouldn't be much good for someone wanting to call direct via their mobile by clicking the number on the ad, so is there a way to automatically strip the space from the number after they have input and saved their profile so the number then becomes 1234123456 ?
I also found this link and was wondering if this could be worked into acfcp?

Any help would be appreciated.
