Datepicker problem & a couple of questions

I bought your plugin & it's great, however I have a few questions.
1) I am using Datepicker for a user to select their birthday, and I want the range of dates available to be between 18-50 years ago. If I type in c-50:c-18 in the year range, then I select the year, it will show me the year I selected -50 years e.g. 1934 appears when I select 1974. Is this a bug?
2) Can I have conditional fields e.g. one field shows up if a certain value is selected from another field?
3) If I'm using the plugin for the 'Post an Ad' form, can I add fields which if selected add a cost (e.g. $5, $10 etc) to the Ad listing fee?
