Different required fields for 2 different profile

I use ACF plugin with classipress and I have added other plugin for create two registration form for give users different roles (contributor for company and subscriber for basic users)

1. For contributor/company I have added required fields with ACF.
2. For basic user's registration I use default form of WordPress (only fields nick + mail for create account)

I have the problem when basic user go to your profile page and he display all fileds of company profile (fields VAT, name of company, phone...)

Could someone suggest how to not to display the fields on the basic profile and disable the required fields?
It's possible?
