drop down ACF

Hi,

Is it possble to force a person to chose something else than the first option a dropdown menu.
For example if I create the drop down menu "Transmission" for a car
there are 2 choices "manually" or "automatically"
I would like not put either manual or automatic as first choice.
to avoid a person forget to chose an option.

I would rather do:

>>select an option
>>automatic
>>manual

Is it possible with ACF option, require to chose something other than "select an option", and therefore must click on the drop down menu ?
