How to update my ACF plugin manually

    Hi

Just realized that i am using ACF Version 1.1.2.

From what I read in the forum, there is a tab to export the ini file. Unfortunately i don't see such function/tab to do that.

    Below is my site info:
    Classipres Theme Version 3.3.1
    WP Version 4.1
    Multiport Child theme

How to export my settings and reinstall the latest ACF plugin that i download from Classpress account?

    Thanks
