Move the Image button "Add Image" higher up to be at the top of the ad form

Hi,

I bought your plugin yesterday and it is great,

Just another quick question,

There is 2 things I would like to do with the "Add Image" button

1) I would like to move it from the bottom of the ad form to above the Ad description field, the reason why I would like to do this is that it would make sense that advertisers start to upload their images before they fill in all the other information about their ad, because the upload of images takes a while and so by the time they have finished filling in their ad descriptions then the images will have also finished uploading. By the button being higher up it will make customers start their image uploads early - again this is not essential but it would be nice.

2) Before classipress introduced the new image upload button I was able to make uploading a image required, now with the new uploader I can not do this, I like the new uploader and don't want to revert back to the old one, but I would also like to force advertisers to upload at least one image with their ads.
