Problems with signing W-8BEN form for Non-US Affiliates
I have problems with signing W-8BEN form for Non-US Affiliates. After filling me name and email there is a message the second day: "This Self-Service Document has reached its rate limit. Please try again in a few minutes…" What is wrong?
