As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Design problem + not mobile friendly (can not search on mobile)
This is not mobile friendly - also some design problems on computer.

On classipress latest version - on front page when search (where you have the search options. (see pic on mobile)

1. The location box get bigger than the other boxes boxes on the front page - on all browsers + mobile. (design problem)

2. On mobile you can not search because search options will show to wide (not adapt to mobile) - so can not use the search. (see the picture)
