As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

appthemes-coupons.pot : translation not displayed
Hi,
I've been translating the pot file
by merging/including items included in appthemes-coupons.pot
with my wp-content/languages/themes/classipress-fr-FR.po (mo) file.

I'm using Poedit, and everything is ok when i save andgenerate the po/mo file.
Then FTP to webhost.

But they are not showing in the wp back office and in the payment to publish ad process : it's still in english...

What did i do wrong ?
