It's a Coupon FREE FOR ALL!

After setting up AppThemes COUPON for use with ClassiPress, I did a test run

Registered a new user and posted an ad. Ad price totaled $5.00. Entered the coupon code and that caused us to bypass the PayPal payment step... and returned us to the home page. The ad was posted without charge.

PROBLEM: Now, however, ALL USERS that I've registered since then see a total of FREE when posting their ad. WITHOUT any coupon being input! [Coupon settings: Flat Discount of $5.00 equal to the only Ad Pack available. End Date is 2/28/2014. Use Limit is 0 for unlimited... while Use Limit PER USER is supposed to be limited to 1.)

I've not only switched users but switched browsers as well. (Yes, I am testing on a single machine.)

So, do I smell a cache problem here? (Host provider uses caching heavily to provide speed. Problem persists even after clearing the host cache on the server side.) My settings also require at least 1 photo to be posted, but that requirement is not being enforced by CP either.

Is Coupon not going to work correctly under these conditions... or, is there a solution?
