Change options
I have purchased & installed the quality control theme.
I was wondering:
1. is it possible to change the drop-down box labels (for example, can i change the word 'milestone' to something else?
2. can i add more options to the create ticket ?
3. can i make some/all of the options mandatory fields that must be filled out before the ticket can be created?
4. is it possible to create groups of users, and allow users to only view tickets created within the same group? (maybe a future feature?)
