    Problem with the theme after installing child theme

    I bought theme from this link http://demos.themebound.com/?product=flatter



    after buying this theme for $39 i got " apptheme updater and flatter zip file.

    When i was trying to upload this zip file i am getting message as : " This theme requires a parent theme. Checking if it is installed…

    The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, clipper, before you can use this child theme."

    Please help me how to install.
