Feature Request - Limit Bumps per day by user
Hey Roi,
The Bump Packs is a great model and would solve my new issue. However, my site is free since the competition is free (and users don't like paying for the service).
So, I need a way to control (limit) how many Bumps A USER can do PER DAY. In the current design, I can limit how frequently an ad can be bumped... but I can't stop, say a "superuser", from bumping all 20 of their ads at one time... and kind of taking over the site that way.
I'll see if I can come up with a way to control this by using the Bump Pack mechanism. Perhaps I could offer my users a free bump pack using the COUPON plug-in and control things that way.
Otherwise, perhaps you could build in a PAID and FREE mode... where the PAID mode setting would operate just as you have Bump Ad now. FREE mode would provide a value to limit not only how often an AD gets bumped (as you do now), but a value to limit how many ads A USER can bump in a single day (or specified period of time).
You may have a better idea!
