    Why Only Show For Admin? Regular User Can't See It

    Why does the bump ad not show for regular user? I logged in as admin, I could see it. I logged out, logged in as regular user, and its not there. I logged out, back as admin, and its there again. Is it not the point to use for regular users to be able to bump ad to the top? I am just a little confused on this plugin. I purchased it to have the ability for users to bump their ad back to the top.

    Can you please clarify how this plugin is suppose to work and please tell me how to fix for regular users and bump their listings?
