As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

ReLoad mod to ClassiEstate causing bug - no ads showing in individual category page
I'm just discovering this bug as I'm placing my first ads on ClassiEstate. The ads show up fine on the home page, but when you click on a category in the category drop-down menu and the corresponding page loads, there are no ads or thumbnails showing on the page - just the category header label & RSS icon. A Reload mod to "hide" my login options so users can only "view" ads is what I think might be causing this, I've tested disabling all plugins and still have the issue. Can Mohsin check this?
