Since classiestate really a nice theme - it is worth to discuss idea how to improve this theme furtherone ...
I think it would make sense to think about to define blocks /groups of form elements which are assigned to (mulitple) categories ...
so e.g. a block could be GARDEN and keeps a list of possible elements which might belongs to garden --- sqm; tree [checkbox], pool , aso.
that block could be attached to categories like house but not to flats
aso.
ler these block predefined whether there are opened or not like found in collabsable blocks
