As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Selected Front Page Tabs in General settings are not working
Hi

In ClassiPress - ClassiPost Options - General Settings - Front Page Tabs and Front Page Default Tab are not functioning. No matter what is checked, after save it will be unchecked and all tabs will be shown on homepage. That Front Page Tabs if left unchecked, after saving any change in ClassiPost Options, nothing will be shown on homepage. Also Default Tab are not functioning. Looks like the system remembers users last active tab and on revisit shows that tab.

I folowed this instructions:
