    General Settings interface doesn't seem to be working

    I recently posted that I couldn't upload an image, however it seems general settings is corrupted? I have the latest version of wp, and the software is 1.4. I can't change colour themes, can't upload images and when I try to navigate around the dashboard it just refreshes general settings.

    Ideas anyone?
