As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi,

I remarked that just the web site address, Twitter,Facebook that appear on the author page.

After turning off all the plugins on my platform, I identified that the issue is caused by the plugin Advanced Custom Fields for ClassiPress. When I deactivate this plugin, your plugin work good.

I will contact the owner of the pluging Advanced Custom Fields for ClassiPress, then let you know the follow.
