    Unhappy The ability to change Colors

    I would like to suggest the following feature requests.

    Offering the ability for Admins to easily modify (without touching core code) the background colors (current default color faded GRAY) for the PAGES, CATEGORIES and the HEADER (approx size W=1000px X H=180px) section at the top of the website would be great.

    I believe many will have an interest in adding some color to their site and as they do, having control over color customization would be a very nice overall enhancement that would set their site apart from the rest.

    What do you think?

    Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

    You can already do this with custom CSS code, which was implimented in version 3.0.2, here is an example of changing all the gradients to a new gradient file, obviously you could seperate all of these classes to customize each one if you wanted.

    Code:
    /* top gradient background for boxes and tabs */
    .content_res .shadowblockdir, .content_res .shadowblock, .footer_main_res div.dotted, .tabprice ul.tabnavig li a.selected {
    	background:url("images/my_topbg.gif") repeat-x scroll center top;
    }

    Where do i change the files to get a almost black theme. I do not want the buttons black but the rest of it black with red? Can i then submit it somewhere so people can use it?

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?

    Now your talking about customizing all the CSS. You will need to add your own CSS into the "custom.css" file and then set the classipress option to:
    Disable Core Stylesheets: YES

    to actually build a theme like that you would have to hire my services... or another developers services.... or build the CSS yourself.

    You would need to install the most current version in order to see these features.
