Ad form order reflected on site...

I understand from a post of David's no fields can appear below 'Description', the thread also intimates that this was going to be changed by now, it doesn't seem to have been.
This feature request is for:
Both core and custom fields to appear in the order in which they are laid out in the relevant form (back-end). It appears as if 'Text boxes' take priority over 'Text areas', which is strange.
I am building a rental property portal and it's really important that the ad reading flow is right; doesn't work to have 'description' below 'how to get there' and changeover day above a 'property features' text area, I need people to get excited first then hit them with the logistics details.
