Agreement at time of registration

The following items are needed at the time of registration:

1. A link to "Terms of Service" legal agreement
2. A check box (I have read and understand the terms of service).
3. An "I agree/proceed" button

Suggestion:
The current agreement in the "add-new" form located above "Proceed" box could have "cautions" such as "Don't meet in isolated places." "Don't carry large amounts of cash." "Ask to see drivers license or identification." etc. etc. etc.
