Show "Featured Listings" at the top and keep them there.

I can't find anything on this topic when searching (I'm probably using the wrong words), but is there any way to always show Featured Listings above the free listings? If not, then I'd like to make a suggestion for that in future releases.

    OR...

Is there a way to identify via css declarations which ads are featured and which are free? That way I can style the Featured Listings different to make them stand out from the free ones. This would be a temporary solution, but I really think that if someone pays to have their ad featured, then it should be in more places than on the homepage carousel. They need to have a reason to pay for this service over and over again and being shown above the free listings seems like a good solution.

Did you check out this thread? I believe some members of the community have shared info on how to customize and highlight featured ads, and have them appear at the top of their category.. I guess if this is popular enough it could be considered for a future release also (so hopefully other customers will post here in your thread)
