***Price is Negotiable**** A sign in the listings

Hi,

I believe it could be helpfull for the visitors of a classifieds site to see if prices from the ads are negotiable. So i created a small little Mod that shows a "Price is Negotiable" Sign in the listings. It gets activated due a checkbox by the owner of the ad while he fills out the ad details.

As it took me weeks of extrem hard development, i want at least 75 people to pay me each $100 in advance before i publish..... haha

Now serious: If some of you want this little feature, let me know. I will write a detailed tutorial.
