[contact form] Change Mailto ?

Hi,

Do you know how to change the mailto field?

Currently, when a visitor uses the contact form, the advertiser receives the email. I would like to manually filter these emails. Therefore, what I would need is to change the mailto adress, in order for me to receive all the emails sent through the contact form. After that, if I consider that there is no spam issue, I will forward the email to the advertiser.

Could you please tell me what to change in order to achieve this?
