    2 different categories in nav bar. Is it possible?

    I whant to have in nab bar 2 Main Categories with their sub categories.
    Ex:
    1) HOUSE FOR SALE > Italia > Francia etc...
    2) HOUSE FOR SALE > Italia > Francia etc...
    Is it possible?
