3.17 - Problems with Logout

I'm not sure if anyone has encountered this but I need help resolving it as soon as possible. Anytime I logout whether as a user or Admin, I get this :

When I click on the Log Out Link, it takes me to the page below to confirm I have logged out.

However, when you go to the 'Home' page is still shows the 'My Dashboard' and 'Log Out' links at the top :

All other pages show the 'Register' and 'Login' links. Yes, when you try to go to 'My Dashboard' it sends you to the Login page which means it does log you out, but it just doesn't inform the home page or something. Any help would be appreciated.
