Ad Auto Renewal + Auto Bump features

Can we simplify things and push a plugin to do the following without relying on Membership packages?

Besides the legacy "Featured Ad" option, can we implement a Auto-renewal/Auto bump option based on the listing length term?

1. User fills out the form and chooses one of the preset available Ad packages
- 10$/10 days - options: Featured 5$ - Auto renewal 5$ - Auto bump 5$) every 10 days
- 30$/30 days - options: Featured 5$ - Auto renewal 5$ - Auto bump 5$) every 30 days


2. From the User's Dashboard:
- Icon showing the next date for Auto renewal/bump while payments are successful otherwise disable both features until payment is cleared.
- Icon to Stop the auto-renewal manually by the user or end the item listing once it's sold

Simple, automated, everyone is happy, no need to intervene on either side, it's all about automation really.
