Ad insertion problem

Hello,
I have small/big problem if anyone can help. This is my site: http://annunci-gratuiti-italia.com/
During isertion of add, one can chose region and province - this is the problem, he can chose province that is not in region he selected previously.
Is it posible that after selection region, advertiser can select only between provices that are in that particular region?
