Ad requires approval notification box

Hi All,
Just wondering where I can find the code for the "Your ad has been submitted for approval by admin" notification box.
I am using the verified members plugin and want to add some more text and a link to a form for members to fill out to become verified.

I will update this thread with some imagery for clarification, next time an advert is post on my website for approval.

Any help would be appreciated.
