Add instructional text to the sub-category selection steps for a new ad.

I'm trying to add instructional text at the sub-category dropdown of the create new ad form. I'd like to let folks know that they don't have to choose a subcategory if it doesn't fit their product. Perhaps a line of text that says "Select additional details if applicable".

I'm sure this is super easy for a developer, but I'm a green and broke.

*PS - I've been trying to figure out a way to search for text strings within my .php files to help me find where to edit this stuff, but haven't had any luck.
