How to enter text inside the 'Submit a Job' fields such as 'Company Name', 'Location', etc.

i.e. I want to enter text inside the 'Company Name' field that reads:

Enter "Confidential" if you wish to remain anonymous.

How do I do that - which files and lines of code?
