Add Specific Tag automatically on posting ad

Hi. I need a mod for Classipress, to add a specific tag, eg "memberpub" automatically to listing submitted by anyone having a membership account. Is there a way to do this?

I need this to be able to sort out ads by those having membership packs only in the sidebar. Or is there any simpler way to retrieve, lets say 10 random ads submitted by those having an active membership package in the side bar (using <li> to display for eg).?
