Add text to Ad Listing Received box

When a user submits an ad, they get this message on their screen:

Your ad images are now being processed...
Image number 1 of 1 has been processed.
Thank you! Your ad listing has been submitted for review.
You can check the status by viewing your dashboard.

I would like to add the text


"You can preview the images and edit your ad by viewing your dashboard." to this.
Where would I do that?
